Für die Übung von Achtsamkeit in der Aktivität werden die Kursteilnehmer/innen selbst im Gruppenteam beim Kochen und Aufräumen in der Küche helfen – mit Anleitung zur Übung in Präsenz.
Der Kurs ist offen für alle Interessierten.
Lama Jungne begegnete 1994 Jigme Rinpoche, Shamar Rinpoche und Gendün Rinpoche, worauf sie, inspiriert von den Belehrungen dieser tibetischen Meditationsmeister, nach Frankreich an den Retreat-Ort der Kagyü Linie Europas, Kundröl Ling in der Auvergne, zieht. Von 1998 bis 2004 absolviert sie zwei traditionelle 3-Jahresretreats. Bis 2007 bleibt sie dort, um ihr Studium der buddhistischen Philosophie und die Meditationspraxis zu vertiefen. Seit 2008 ist Jungne aktiv als Übersetzerin von Jigme Rinpoche im deutschsprachigen Raum tätig sowie als Dharma-Lehrerin in Dhagpo, dem Hauptzentrum der Kagyü-Linie in Frankreich, sowie in verschiedensten Gruppen und Zentren in Frankreich, Spanien und Deutschland. Gleichzeitig leitet sie gemäß Jigme Rinpoches Anweisung das Bodhi Path Instructor Training.

Kostenbeitrag für das gesamte Retreat: € 95 (erm. € 75, gilt für Fördermitglieder, Studenten, Arbeitslose und Rentner)[:en]After the successful and very inspiring retreat course in September, which was guided by Lama Jungne according to Jigme Rinpoche’s teachings, we are happy to announce another Bodhi Path retreat course.
Beside some instructions the retreat will offer a combination of the following practice methods:
• Guru Yoga to the 14th Shamarpa,
• Shine Meditation and the
• Recitation of the Wishing Prayers of Samantabhadra in connection to the
• Development of love and compassion.
For the training in mindfulness in activity the participants will help preparing the meals and cleaning the kitchen themselves – with instructions about being in the present moment.
The course is open to all who are interested.
Lama Jungne met Jigme Rinpoche, Shamar Rinpoche and Gendun Rinpoche in 1994. Inspired by the teachings of these Tibetan meditation masters, she moved to France to the retreat place of the Kagyu lineage in Europe, Kundreul Ling in the Auvergne. 1998 until 2004 she concludes two traditional 3-year retreats and stays in Kundreul Ling until 2007 to deepen her studies in buddhist philosophy and her meditation practice. Since 2008 Jungne is active as an interpreter for Jigme Rinpoche in German speaking countries as well as a Dharma teacher in Dhagpo, the main center of the Kagyu lineage in France, and in different groups and centers in France, Spain and Germany. At the same time she is guiding the Bodhi Path Instructor Training according to Jigme Rinpoche’s instructions.
