4. Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche – The Four Noble Truths

It is with great pleasure that we announce the return visit of the 4th Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche, one of the lineage holders of the Karma Kagyu lineage.

Rinpoche will be here on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 5 and 6, to give teachings on the Four Noble Truths, the first teaching given by Buddha Shakyamuni after his enlightenment.  It is very precious to hear the essence of Buddhism explained by such a high teacher. This is about the truths of suffering, the causes of suffering, liberation from suffering and the path to liberation as taught by the Buddha.
Afterwards Rinpoche will visit Dhagpo Möhra for a course from 8th – 10th August.

The 4th Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche was born in 1995 as a son of Beru Khyentse Rinpoche and he was recognized by HH Sakya Trizin Rinpoche, by Thaye Dorje, HH the 17^th Gyalwa Karmapa and by Künzig Shamarpa as the reincarnation of the last Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche. When he was five years old, he started to read books and remembered the rituals and practices of his own tradition. In the age of 14 he began his studies at the Sakya College, which he concluded successfully. Rinpoche had already been here several times and had provided precious teachings also last year. We are now very much looking forward to his visit in August.

Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday, August 5 and 6, each day 4pm-5.30pm and 8pm-9.30pm

Fee for the course: € 100 (red. € 80). Single tickets are available in the center on arrival: € 25 (€20).
The deduction is applicable for supporting members of Bodhi Path Renchen-Ulm, pensioners, unemployed persons and students.
