Acharya Tenzing Wangpo – Developing Bodhicitta, the Enlightened Mind

Acharya Tenzing Wangpo will continue the study series that Lama Jungne had started about one of the most important buddhist texts, ‘The Jewel Ornament of Liberation’ from Gampopa. The continuation starts with the 8th chapter about Bodhicitta, the enlightened mind. Here Gampopa explains precisely which conditions have to be gathered to develop Bodhicitta, an attitude that is focused on the benefit of beings. For attending this and following courses it would be helpful to already be familiar with the previous chapters of the book, but it is not a necessary requirement.
The course will be held online and those who have registered will receive the access link in time before the course.
Acharya Tenzing Wangpo had studied at the Diwakar Academy in Kalimpong (India) buddhist philosophy and literature and concluded with the degree of an Acharya (Junior scholar). As such he has been teaching at the acadamy himself as well as in buddhist centres in Europe and the USA.
