Acharya Tenzing Wangpo – Gampopa Course, part 3

Acharya Tenzing Wangpo continues the study series that Lama Jungne had started about one of the most important Buddhist texts, ‘The Jewel Ornament of Liberation’ from the Buddhist master Gampopa. During the last course in February Tenzing Wangpo started with the 9th chapter about Bodhicitta, the enlightened mind and will now continue with it. Herein Gampopa explains precisely which conditions to gather to develop Bodhicitta, an attitude that is focused on the benefit of beings and he also describes the different levels of Bodhicitta. For attending this course it is helpful to already being familiar with the previous chapters of the book, but this is not a necessary requirement. Everybody is welcome to join.
In any case the teachings of Tenzing Wangpo are very inspiring, not only because of his vast knowledge but also because he is teaching directly from his heart.

The course will be held online and those who have registered will receive the access link in time before the course.

Acharya Tenzing Wangpo had studied at the Diwakar Academy in Kalimpong (India) Buddhist philosophy and literature and concluded with the degree of an Acharya (Junior scholar). As such he has been teaching at the academy himself as well as in Buddhist centers in Europe and the USA.
