Annual Main Course with Lama Jigme Rinpoche

We are delighted to announce the traditional Pentecost course with Lama Jigme Rinpoche!

Rinpoche, who has been familiar with the modern Western way of life for decades, gives extraordinary teachings that connect us with the profound Buddha Dharma. His warm-hearted, kind way of showing us the path of love and compassion is both touching and inspiring. An ever-deepening understanding of the Dharma makes it easier for us to gradually steer our habits in a more positive direction, thereby setting causes for good conditions and developing ourselves on the path to awakening. Each of Jigme Rinpoche’s teachings supports us in this.

In addition to Rinpoche’s teachings, there will be practice and study sessions on Saturday and Sunday, as you can see from the schedule below. The study sessions on Saturday and Sunday afternoons will be given by students from Dhagpo Kagyu Ling – the topic will be announced later.

Lama Jigme Rinpoche
was trained directly by His Holiness the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa, with whom he spent his entire youth. For many years, Rinpoche has been the director of the Dhagpo Kagyu Ling Buddhist Center in France, which is also the European headquarters of Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa. Rinpoche is Karmapa’s secretary general and representative in Europe, and since Shamar Rinpoche’s death, he has also been the director of the Bodhi Path organization in Europe.

Fees
For the entire course, in-person participation: €120 (reduced rate €95, applies to supporting members, students, unemployed persons, and retirees)
For individual days, in-person participation: Friday €25, Saturday and Sunday €50 each, Monday €25. Individual tickets are available on site.
For the entire course, online participation: €60 (reduced rate €45) Please note: online tickets can only be booked until Friday, May 22, 5:00 p.m.
