Bod.hi Path Study Course: “The Four Noble Truths”

Lama Jungne offers this alternative program to face-to-face courses in response to many requests for this. This cycle of teachings refers to the first teaching given by Shakyamuni Buddha immediately after his enlightenment. In it he explains the entire path of liberation, starting from our momentary reality, “the truth of suffering” and its origin, “the truth of the cause”, as well as the possibility of total freedom from suffering, “the truth of liberation”, and the Way there “of the truth of the way”.

The course will take place via Zoom approximately every four weeks on Saturday afternoons from 2pm – 5pm, starting on Saturday 10th December.
It will consist of theoretical explanations, contemplations and meditations on the topic, with time for questions and answers.

This series of studies is suitable for everyone – for those who want to get an impression of the Buddhist teachings as well as for those who are already familiar with it but would like to deepen their knowledge.

Lama Jungne is a German Dharma teacher and a close student of Jigme Rinpoche, whom she met in 1994. She completed two traditional 3-year retreats and devoted herself to the study of Buddhist philosophy and meditation practice. She worked as a translator for Jigme Rinpoche for many years and teaches in many centers in Europe.

1st study unit: Saturday, December 10, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (includes a break).
