The course includes the sitting posture, the method of focusing on the breath as well as essential explanations. Like this one gains the understanding of the benefit and the direction of meditation, which is an important tool on the path of inner devlopment. The course includes explanations, practising together and clarifying questions – for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners.
Lama Yeshe Drölma, a German buddhist nun and close disciple of Shamar Rinpoche, conveys her long-time meditation experience in a very inspiring way. She is thus supporting us to apply Buddha’s teachings, which are as helpful as they were 2500 years ago, in our everyday life.
