[:de] Die 35 Buddha Praxis ist eine segensreiche Praxis, mit deren Hilfe wir Geistestrübungen reinigen und gleichzeitig positive Eindrücke im Geist ansammeln können. Diese Praxis bezieht sich auf ein Sutra von Buddha Shakyamuni und ist auch bekannt als Bestandteil des Mahayana Sojong. Bereits 2004 hat Shamar Rinpoche die 35-Buddha Praxis als vorbereitende Übung für weiterführende Meditationspraktiken empfohlen. Es ist eine kraftvolle und wirksame Praxis, die neben Rezitationen auch Verbeugungen beinhaltet. Trehor Lama wird Erklärungen dazu geben und mit uns gemeinsam praktizieren. Trehor Lama ist Tibeter, hat eine intensive Ausbildung in Studium und Praxis absolviert und leitet seit Jahren auf Wunsch von SH Karmapa Thaye Dorje und Shamar Rinpoche das Karmapa-Institut in Valderoure, Frankreich. Seine kraftvollen Belehrungen beeindrucken und inspirieren durch Klarheit und Heiterkeit.

Sprache: Tibetisch mit Deutscher Übersetzung[:en]The 35 Buddha Practise is a very beneficial practise for purifying our afflictions and accumulating merit at the same time. This practise is based on a Sutra of Buddha Shakyamuni and is also known as part of the Mahayana Sojong. Already in 2004 Shamar Rinpoche emphasized the 35-Buddha Practise as a preliminary practise for deeper meditation methods. It is a powerful and effective practise, which contains recitations and prostrations. Trehor Lama will explain it and will practise together with us. Trehor Lama is a Tibetan and completed an intense education in study and practise. For many years already he is been leading the Karmapa-Institute in Valderoure, France, following the requests of HH Karmapa Thaye Dorje and Shamar Rinpoche. His intense teachings impress and inspire by his clarity and joyfulness.

Schedule: TH 8pm, FR & SA 10-12am and 3-5pm, SU 10-12am. (Saturday at 8pm there will be group practise taking place)
