Lama Jigme Rinpoche – 6. Chenrezi Retreat Course

We are excited to announce another course in the series of Chenrezi courses, that Jigme Rinpoche started in January 2020!

This time there will be additional times for practise and studies as you will see in the schedule below. Following the way it is organized in Dhagpo, there will be study sessions given on Saturday and Sunday afternoon according to the text of Mipham Rinpoche ‘Gateway to Knowledge’.

This course is not only meant for those who had written an application letter to Rinpoche before the first Chenrezi course, but it is also accessible for those who are familiar with this practise and want to deepen their experience and understanding. Rinpoche will give further, deepening explanations about this practice to the Buddha of Compassion as well as giving time to clarify questions.

Lama Jigme Rinpoche was educated directly from His Holiness, the 16. Gyalwa Karmapa, with whom he had spent his entire youth. Since the 16th Karmapa passed away in 1981, Jigme Rinpoche became his representative in Europe. For decades already Rinpoche has been guiding the Buddhist center Dhagpo Kagyu Ling in France, the European Seat of Thaye Dorje, His Holiness, the 17. Gyalwa Karmapa, of whom Rinpoche is also the General Secretary. Since Shamar Rinpoche passed away in 2014, Jigme Rinpoche is also in charge of the worldwide Bodhi Path centers.

SA, 30.09., 07.00-08.00h, Opening the Chenrezig practice, 10.00 – 12.00h, Lama Jigme Rinpoche Teaching, 14.30 – 16.30h study unit ‘Gateway to Knowledge’, 17.00 – 17.30h Conclusion of the Chenrezig practice, 17.30 – 18.30h Shine meditation.
SO, 07.00 – 08.00h, Opening and concluding the Chenrezig practice, 10.00 – 12.00h, Lama Jigme Rinpoche Teaching, 14.30 – 16.30h study unit ‘Gateway to Knowledge’.

Fee for the entire course, personal attendance: € 95, reduced: € 75 (the deduction is valid for supporting members of Bodhi Path Renchen-Ulm and for students, unemployed and pensioners)
Fee for the entire course, online attendance: € 50, reduced: € 40.  Please note, that online tickets are only available until Fr, 31. March, 17.00h!
