Practice Day in February

It is with great pleasure that we announce our second practice day this year, which will take place at the same time as the Lhossar (Tibetan New Year) ceremonies, e.g. in Dhagpo Kündröl Ling, Le Bost. Here we combine the practice recommendations of our teachers: Thaye Dorje, His Holiness, the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Künzig Shamar Rinpoche and Lama Jigme Rinpoche.

Saturday, February 10

09.00h – 09.45h         Opening of the Chenrezig practice
09.45h – 10.45h          35-Buddha practice incl. accumulation of the Dorje Sempa Mantra
10.45h – 11.15h             Shine Meditation
11.15h – 11.30h              Stupa circumambulations with manis and individual wishes
11.30h                           Preparing lunch (mantra accumulation) with ingredients provided by the center for a simple meal
12.30h                         Lunch in silence
13.00h                         Cleaning kitchen and dining room together
13.30h – 14.00h          Chenrezig completion phase
14.00h – 15.00h          Samantabhadra prayers and Shine meditation
15.00h – 16.00h          Complete Chenrezig practice in Tibetan together with the Sangha of Dhagpo Kündröl Ling via video

Conclusion, gladly with subsequent exchange of experiences
