Practice Day in January

It is with great pleasure that we would like to introduce you to our first practice day of this year. We combine here the practice recommendations of our teachers: Thaye Dorje, His Holiness, the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Künzig Shamar Rinpoche and Lama Jigme Rinpoche.
Friday, January 12th
09.00h taking refuge and recitation of the 100 syllable mantra
09.30h Shine Meditation
10.30h Chenrezig opening
11.15h Stupa circumambulations with manis and individual wishes
11.30h Preparing lunch in silence with the ingredients provided by the center for a hearty soup and salad.
12.30h Eating together in silence
13.00h Clean up the kitchen and dining room together
13.30h Recitation of two of the five royal sutras:
Samantabhadra Wishing Prayers and the Sutra of the 35 Buddhas
14.00h Chenrezig completion phase
14.30h Guru Yoga to Shamar Rinpoche
15.00h Conclusion, with subsequent exchange of experiences until approx. 16.00h
